R&R 1)Responsible for new product development project to ensure on time, on cost and on quality product launch. 负责新产品开发项目，确保项目的按时按质和在计划成本内完成并交付到量产. 2)Drive product design from conceptual stage to mass production, and lead design validation and process validation for new products. 推动产品从概念设计到量产的整个环节，领导产品的设计验证和工艺制成验证。 3)Lead the cost structure for each project to analyze the BOM, process and tooling with inputs from manufacturing engineer, process engineer and quality engineer to ensure enough product profitability. 领导完成项目开发的成本结构，在相关部门和工程师的协助下统筹好对包含BOM， 制成，和治具的投入以确保项目投入的盈利性。 4)Conduct technical and cost feasibility for new business opportunities. 组织对新商业机会进行技术风险和成本投入的可行性分析。 5) Monitor the UPH, yield rate and investigate the root cause of failure during design verification from sample building process. 主导项目开发过程中所遇到由于UPH 和良率所造成的相关失效原因的分析。 任职要求 •Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 电子或机械工程相关专业及以上 •Minimum 3 years’ experience in new power semiconductor product development. 三年功率半导体新产品项目开发经验 •3D/2D software skills, such as Solid Edge/ProE/SolidWorks; Inventor is a plus Solid Edge/ProE/SolidWorks 应用软件技能优先 •Be familiar with injection molding housing design and case package design plus. 熟悉注塑封装和壳封装设计者优先 •Proven project management experience on new product development，从事过新产品开发项目管理. 加分项 有以下行业经验：电子/半导体/集成电路
